Hey! I’m Elizabeth Fernandes

I discovered my love of problem-solving as a child, taking apart toys and tools to understand how they worked. My child-like curiosity evolved into my professional philosophy: ask a lot of questions. It’s a mindset that carried me from scrappy startups to the structured environments of EY and Mattel, and one that helps me transform stakeholder needs into strategies that teams rally behind.

My background has equipped me to break down complex problems and drive initiatives while keeping users central to every decision. I thrive when translating technical requirements into innovative, people-focused solutions.

Looking forward

I'm pursuing Program Management roles where I can apply my user-centered design approach to manage complex initiatives. My goal is to leverage my experience in breaking down problems and aligning stakeholders to help transform how teams work together.

In my free time

I love learning new skills! Most recently, I have been wood-carving, experimenting with new recipes, wheel throwing, and playing the guitar. I also love talking about self-improvement, habits, psychology, and my passion for sticky notes.
